We asked for an estimate/consultation on repairing some water stains and small cracks in our ceiling. The estimator, Len, came on time and gave us an honest and helpful evaluation of our issue and offered advice on how it could be repaired. We were not charged for this visit but it was very helpful and answered all our questions.

We had a water issue in our kitchen that caused quite a bit of damage. This company helped us with the detour process and did a great job. Next step is repairs and we are glad to work with them on this part as well!

Aidan and Connor are top notch representatives for the Teasdale Fenton company. Aidan and Connor are hardworking and polite professionals that a homeowner can trust. Aidan was consistently clear, communicative, and patient throughout our entire mitigation process. He and Connor took great care in protecting our home and belongings; even cleaning up after themselves. Both gentlemen were personable and empathetic diffusing our stress incurred by water damage. Shane and team were great to work with. Very timely in helping us recover from a flooded basement. Their speed helped us minimize damage. Everyone was very professional and will work with them again should the need occur. I’ve used Teasdale Fenton for cleaning and you now have a customer for life.

We had a pipe burst in our attic over a weekend and called Teasdale- Fenton. They sent someone out same-day to quote us on cleanup from the water leak and sent a team out the following day to remove wet insulation and leave Fans to dry everything out. Before removing the fans they moisture tested the whole area. Very pleased with their prompt and professional service.

Aidan and his crew did an amazing job taking care of our water damage. They were communicative, prompt, & professional. Teasdale Fenton will be the first company we call if we ever run into an issue again!

Shane and another technician came out to take care of a flooded basement. They are extremely courteous and answered all of my questions with patience and details. This is the first time I've had to use a disaster recovery company and I hope it's the last but I know if all of Teasdale Fenton's employees are like Shane, I will be calling them again!

Had a fire in furnace day after Christmas. My place was full of smoke. Fire department came, extinguished the fire and blew heavy smoke out. Had to leave. Teasdale Fenton Emergency Unit came next day. After assessment, immediately setup thorough cleaning basement, hallway, and cleared the air for 2-days. Every knock & cranny cleaned. I'm totally IMPRESSED by the 2 women who did the work. Very professional & friendly. I'd hire again.

Aidan and Connor from Teasdale Fenton were awesome! We had some mold and water damaged drywall removed, as well as the space between the walls dried out. They showed up promptly, were clear and communicative at every step of the process, and were so friendly and pleasant to work with. We couldn’t be happier with their work!

I had to have Teasdale come out and do restoration work for an apartment that flooded. Mark Rist came out immediately and was able to get the job done. He also came the next day, first thing, to make sure all equipment was working and test the moisture. We are extremely happy with the service provided at our senior living apartments!

Water damage. Aiden and Conner did my cleanup, it was a mess, ceilings down, walls down, hardwood damaged, carpet saturated, etc. I have never seen young men work so hard, from the time they entered my place they were busy, never a break, they were here 5 days. They were professional, encouraging, knowledgeable, friendly, timely. I really can’t say enough other than they need a raise or a bonus, for your companies sake you need to keep them happy and employed. God brought them to me in a really rough time. What is so surprising they were 20 years old, AMAZING!!

I had Water pumped out of my basement and demo done, and it went perfectly! Connor and Aiden were my workers and they were great!

Connor and Aiden did a wonderful job. They swooped in at a tough time and in two hours they removed the water from our very flooded basement. They removed the carpet and took it with them. What a wonderful group to work with. Fabulous job!!

They came quickly for a water extraction from carpet. They did a great job but a little pricey.

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom and it caused a lot of damage on the first floor. It turned into an insurance claim. Everybody that came out from Teasdale Fenton were very professional and courteous.They did an exceptional job. Everybody from Cory with the water restoration division, to Len the estimator, Todd the project manager and Bill Wetzel who did the repairs and painting. We have been very impressed with the quality of workmanship and friendliness of all of your employees. Thank you for making this situation less stressful.
