Mr. Stover did an outstanding job inspecting our attic and garage for moisture and mold. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional throughout the process. We appreciated his friendly demeanor and, most importantly, his honesty and trustworthiness.

We highly recommend after a significant flood in our home. William Wetzl was our project manager and he was amazing. He worked directly with our insurance company and provided consistent and clear communication about the plans. He also displayed a wonderful sense of calm which helped us tremendously during the stressful event.

Teasdale Fenton was a great company to work with during a sewage back-up. Although, I did not understand the whole insurance process Teasdale Fenton explained everything. I researched the reviews before calling Teasdale Fenton. This is my home we are dealing with, and I wanted to be smart with my decisions. Looks like all the unhappy do not use reviewers are people who didn't want to pay their bills. What a shame, people work hard and to not be paid is not okay. So, if you need a great company to work with when you house is a mess, Call Teasdale Fenton. They have also cleaned my carpets in the past, they were so kind and did a great job.

Jenny Dossenback the Water & Mold Team Coordinator is outstanding! She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions during the stressful time of remediating the mold in my basement, even giving me her direct line. She made the whole scary process easier and less stressful!

They were prompt and thorough dealing with our water issues

Teasdale completed crawl space mold remediation in our basement as well as duct cleaning. Mr. Stover and his mold team did an excellent job from the quoting process all the way to the finished job 5/5 stars for them! We were OK with the duct team. Duct cleaning wise they did excellent, but their department seems to be disorganized. I was provided verbally an incorrect quote, was emailed something more expensive after speaking with his supervisor, adding an additional $300+ to the quote. The original person that attempted to come out and clean our ducts was young, not experienced and needed more training. Said he couldn’t do the job due to asbestos sealing looking strange, thought he found “black mold” in our ducts to find out it wasn’t, said he needed 2 people on the job since we had 2 furnaces… sent me to Rainbow and left to be on his day. The second duct team that came out we weren’t even informed they were coming that Saturday. When he arrived, he was supposed to have HEPA systems with him and never did so he couldn’t do the job then either. They came back again, that Monday, with 2 people that did execute the job with no issues… quickly and effectively. Would absolutely recommend them for mold remediation, duct department needs to be more organized.

Mold mitigation. I worked with Bob Stover, Zachary Fannon, Bryce and Corey. Bob identified the problem area and Zach, Bryce and Corey too care of the mitigation. They were all very professional and respective of my time and my space. It took a little longer than expected but that wasn't the fault Teasdale. I still have to have my air ducts clean but if that department is anything like the mold mitigation team, I will be satisfied. Teasdale Fenton was a bit pricey but worth the cost.

I needed to have mold removed from behind a basement bedroom wall, so the wall had to be removed and the foundation walls cleaned. Aidan and Aaron came when scheduled, worked quickly and quietly, and delivered professional and courteous service that was beyond amazing. They worked in my home on two different days, and it was the same on each visit. These two men are such an asset to this company. The workmanship is second to none! I am so pleased with how they completely removed all signs of mold. They left the bedroom spotless too, which was wonderful considering they had to remove the complete wall of drywall and insulation. I would feel very confident in referring them to my family and friends. You won’t be disappointed!! Thank you!

Zach and Cross did a super job of removing the mold condensation above my shower. They were very thorough and responsive, and kept me informed of what they were doing.

We had water damage in two rooms. Teasdale Fenton was super professional and did great work. William Wetzl was particularly helpful.

Cole and Zach performed water and mold remediation in our master bathroom from a leaky shower faucet located in between walls, having to remove shower and floor tiles, remove some drywall, and the bathroom fixtures. They were amazing and they worked hard and accomplished a lot in a day. And they cleaned up completely after they removed everything. They were very kind and professional and understanding of this difficult situation we found ourselves in. I highly recommend Teasdale Fenton Remediation, and especially Cole and Zach. I am hoping to use Teasdale Fenton for the rebuild of my bathroom.

I had a positive experience using this company. My property had a fire on June 2022 and this company was recommended. They were very professional from the beginning to end. They did what they said especially Scott my project manager. We were in constant contact. He is a very transparent, responsible, reliable person and went out of his way on many issues to make sure the item was either there or the work was completed to a high standard. If there was something not right or an issue came up he got right to it, gave me options, helped me understand what was going on, and made sure the issues were taken care of. I can’t say how much I really appreciate Scott. Scott was the difference maker between a terrible experience and now a fully satisfied and happy client. As I write this review I look back and was glad that Teasdale Fenton did the work because at the end the work was done correctly and professionally. So thank you Scott! Please give this man a raise. Thank you Teasdale Fenton for helping restore my burnt property to a more beautiful one today. Thank you so much! And yes I would recommend them to family and friends if they needed fire restoration work done.

We had a washer flood our house, Aidan was my technician and was very professional in removing the flooring and promptly drying the subfloor. He returned multiple times to check progress and complete drying. He was very polite and cleaned up very well after the demo.

Water damage.

We are hurricane Ian survivors. We had a large amount of water intrusion; ceilings, walls, and flooring. Teasdale Fenton was at our complex within 24 hours. Specifically, we would like to acknowledge our remediation and tear down manager, Chris Popp. He immediately gained our trust. We cannot say enough good about him. Not only was he polite, respectful, and kind, he was also very knowledgeable, efficient and well spoken. He listened to our concerns and went beyond and above our expectations. Great young man with a promising future! TF is lucky to have him on their team.

We had a water leak i recommend this company my technician was Aidan. Aidan: good customer service skills, professional, on time, knowledgeable, fast.

We had water damage due to a malfunction of sump pump that flooded our basement that has a lot of carpet. They were very prompt in coming to our rescue and did good job of getting the basement back in good order. They were very professional about their work and we quite satisfied with work.

This company was exceptional. Water was pouring into our office lower level. Teasdale Fenton immediately worked to remove all the water. The carpets were saved from water damage, clean up was exceptional and staff exceptional. I would like to mention one of the service personnel Shane. He was so professional and diligent. Cory came in to work on water damage in our home and drying out at home and moving things away from walls to dry everything out. Cory clearly communicated with us what needed to be done to dry out our floors and our rugs and walls. He was dependable, he was a great listener and communicator with both me and my husband Mike. We are so pleased with Teasdale Fenton and grateful for the work that Corey and his team did for us, a true professional. Fans and blowers are gone this morning and it is quiet again.Thank you Cory!
